  • The Trust is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during events.

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully; the Trust has the right to remove any individual causing disruption.
     

4. Use of Information

  • Information provided during registration (for events, matrimony, membership, etc.) may be used for internal communication and community purposes.

5. Donations and Payments

  • All donations made to the Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Payment for event registration or merchandise (if any) is subject to the terms mentioned at the time of transaction.
     

6. Content Usage

  • All content on the Trust’s platforms (website, brochures, social media) including logos, text, images, and videos are the property of Bhavasar Kshatriya Seva Samaja Trust (R).

  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.
     

7. Code of Conduct

  • Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespect within the community or during any Trust event will not be tolerated.

  • The Trust reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals violating community guidelines.

  • The Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or participation in its events.

10. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
