At Bhavasar Kshatriya Seva Samaja Trust (R), we value your trust and support. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments for events, donations, or membership-related services.
 

1. Event Registrations
 

  • Once registration is completed and payment is made for any event (such as Matrimony Meet, Cultural Programs, etc.), it is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

  • In case the event is cancelled by the Trust, participants will be eligible for a full refund or can choose to transfer the registration to a future event.

  • If a participant is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
     

2. Donations

  • All donations made to the Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

  • No cancellation or refund request will be entertained once the donation is successfully processed.

  • Donors will receive a digital receipt for their contributions, which can be used for income tax purposes (if applicable).
     

3. Membership 

  • No payment for membership, membership in free of cost.
     

4. Technical Payment Issues

  • If you have been wrongly charged or face a payment (donation) failure but your account is debited, please contact us immediately at the details below.

  • On verification, we will process the necessary refund or adjustment within 7 to 10 working days.
